Brandon Guite - Founder
After realizing that his career in the corporate world as a Director in an international construction company wouldn't provide the financial future or fulfillment he envisioned for himself and his family, Brandon turned to real estate to reach his goals. After beginning in Single Family and Short-Term rentals, he realized that in order to achieve the financial freedom he was after, multifamily real estate was the vehicle that would be best suited to get there, and By Design Capital, LLC was born.
Brandon has 5 years of progressive experience in real estate investing and private lending. His experience outside of real estate in the construction industry as a Civil Engineer, Professional Project Manager, and Senior Leader managing $35M+ in annual revenue provides the unique skillsets and proven business track record needed to solve problems through adversity to achieve results for his team and for his investors.
Being born and raised in rural America, Brandon has a strong connection to small town life and enjoys calling Rapid City, South Dakota home with his girlfriend and biggest supporter, Allie along with their 2-year-old pup named Gordo.
